We are looking for motivated and dynamic Call Center Agents to join our growing team. We specialize in booking flights for customers over the phone, providing top-tier service and competitive travel solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to earn a base salary along with high commission payouts in GBP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with flight bookings.
- Provide accurate information on flight prices, availability, and travel policies.
- Close sales efficiently by understanding customer needs and offering the best travel deals.
- Maintain excellent customer service to ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize earnings.
- Update customer records and ensure accuracy in booking details.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a call center or sales role (preferred but not required).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- A target-driven mindset with the motivation to earn high commissions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems (training provided).
