As a Call Center Trainer at Balitech Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in shaping the skills and capabilities of our call center agents. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated trainer who can impart industry knowledge and develop the competencies of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions to enhance call center agents' product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.
  • Develop and update training materials, manuals, and modules.
  • Assess and evaluate trainees' performance and progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new agents.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the call center industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in training methodologies and techniques.
  • Ability to evaluate and adapt training programs to meet evolving industry standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Results-driven with a passion for developing talent.
