Marketing Representative - Chinese Speaking

Are you a self-motivated and fluent Chinese speaker with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Remote Chinese-Speaking Marketing Representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while reaching out to potential customers in China. If you are passionate about marketing, possess strong sales skills, and are fluent in Chinese, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound marketing calls to potential customers in China, introducing our products/services and promoting their benefits.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Understand the Chinese market landscape and consumer preferences to effectively tailor marketing pitches and strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns in China.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
Provide regular feedback and reports on market trends, customer preferences, and competition to the marketing and sales teams.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in China.

Qualifications:

Fluency in spoken and written Chinese is a must, with a clear and professional phone manner.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is preferred.
Good understanding of the Chinese market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales goals.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup to work remotely.
