HR Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be able to handle the diverse responsibilities of HR from strategic planning to day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Provide guidance and support to management on HR issues, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

3. Employee Relations:

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Address employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner, fostering a positive work environment.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.

4. Performance Management:

Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best practices.

5. Training and Development:

Identify training and development needs within the organization and design programs to address them.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops, both internally andexternally, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

6. HR Administration:

a. Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and personnel record-keeping with the help of Admin department

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
Proven experience in HR roles and Import/export relations with at least [5 years] ina managerial capacity.
Strong understanding of HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees and Suppliers at all levels.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Experience working in an SME environment is preferred.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
Proficiency in import/export software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
