You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires expertise in PPC, SEO, Google and Bing Ads, WordPress, website management, and a deep understanding of the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Plan and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Website Management:

  • Oversee the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for performance.
  • Manage WordPress updates, plugins, and content updates.

Content Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging blog posts, case studies, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and brand guidelines.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, especially within the UK market.
  • Analyze competitors’ digital strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing PPC campaigns, SEO, and website management.
  • Familiarity with the UK market is essential.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and website management.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Creativity and a results-oriented mindset.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
