Upwork/Freelancer/Fiverr Bidder

Digitizal is looking for a motivated full-time bidder to join our team on-site in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. This role plays a crucial part in generating business leads and securing projects that support our web development and digital marketing teams. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with international clients and internal teams to ensure project success while consistently meeting weekly and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and select relevant projects on various freelancing platforms and submit high-quality proposals.
- Communicate professionally with international clients to understand their requirements and build strong relationships.
- Follow up promptly on leads and convert them into successful project deals.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure all project requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets related to the number of proposals submitted and deals closed.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of six months proven experience in online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr.
- Strong command of English writing and communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Basic understanding of IT services, including Web Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing.
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work full-time on-site at the Karachi office during regular business hours (9 AM to 6 PM).
