You will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role ensures the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Promote a positive work environment by addressing conflicts and implementing engagement strategies.
  • Foster open communication channels across all levels of the organization.

3. Performance Management

  • Design and oversee performance appraisal processes.
  • Work with department heads to establish clear performance metrics.
  • Develop action plans for underperforming employees and reward high achievers.

4. Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and create development programs for employees and leadership.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

5. Policy and Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies in line with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, health and safety standards, and workplace ethics.
  • Conduct audits to assess policy adherence and address gaps.

6. Compensation and Benefits

  • Design competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
  • Conduct market research to ensure the company’s compensation practices are equitable and competitive.
  • Manage payroll processing and resolve related discrepancies.

7. Organizational Development

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Lead initiatives for organizational change, restructuring, and culture building.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and retention rates, recommending solutions for improvement.

8. HR Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including employee data and reports.
  • Utilize HR software to track recruitment, performance, and compliance metrics.
  • Generate reports for management on HR activities and outcomes.

9. Leadership and Team Management

  • Manage and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure the HR team remains updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Represent HR in management meetings and provide insights on workforce planning.

6. Compliance Knowledge

  • Thorough understanding of labor laws, workplace safety standards, and industry-specific regulations.

7. Adaptability

  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in company structure, goals, or external environments.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP (optional but beneficial).
  • 5–8 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
