We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will supervise the marketing team, evaluate staff performance, and implement strategic campaigns focused on driving traffic, generating leads, and boosting sales—especially through LinkedIn and Instantly.ai.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the marketing team’s day-to-day activities
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns with a strong focus on LinkedIn
- Use Instantly.ai and other email marketing tools to drive B2B lead generation
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online engagement and conversions
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales and development teams to ensure aligned business objectives
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and team supervision
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn outreach and Instantly.ai – mandatory
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or ActiveCampaign
- Good understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing analytics
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
