Your responsibilities will include:

Manage the distribution of motorcycles and related products to dealerships, distributors, and customers.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the distribution process, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure timely production and delivery of motorcycles to meet demand.
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of inventory throughout the distribution process.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships, distributors, and transportation partners to ensure smooth and efficient distribution operations.
Analyze distribution data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and manage distribution costs to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in distribution and logistics.

What We Require:

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the automobile sector.
Good communication and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities in the market.
Knowledge of inventory management and distribution software.
Passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle industry is a plus.
