Job Title: Training Coordinator (Experience in Organizational Training and Development)

Job Description:

Are you passionate about training and development within organizations? Do you have a knack for identifying training needs and designing effective programs to enhance employee skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department heads and HR and department heads to identify training needs.
Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals.
Design and deliver both in-person and online training sessions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
Create training materials, manuals, and resources.
Monitor and track employee progress and development.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
Assist in the development of a comprehensive training strategy for the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in organizational training and development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to design engaging and effective training programs.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in using training software and tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Certification in training and development is a plus.
