We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual performance against these targets.
3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
4. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of debts.
5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
6. Audits and Financial Analysis: Assist with external audits and financial analysis, providing financial data and insights to support business decisions.
7. Financial Planning and Strategy: Participate in financial planning and strategy development, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.
