We're seeking a results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a strong product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively selling shoes to customers.
2. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Maintain a strong knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
4. Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and sales campaigns.
5. Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail environment.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
5. Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 12:30 pm - 11:00 pm
