Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct site visits and property tours to showcase features and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s portfolio, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and contracts.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
