We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain and Warehouse Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and high levels of productivity.
- Oversee receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Analyze and resolve operational problems, escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
