We seek an experienced Tender Specialist to lead our tender acquisition efforts, ensuring timely and successful submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor tender portals and identify relevant opportunities.
- Analyze tender requirements and assess feasibility.
- Develop tender strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and submit compliant, high-quality tender bids.
- Conduct research and market analysis to inform tender decisions.
- Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage tender timelines, deadlines, and documentation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in tender management or procurement.
- Strong understanding of tender processes and procedures.
- Excellent writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, tender management software, and CRM systems.
