Veeve’s proprietary technology combines the tactile gratification of in-store shopping with a content-rich online experience through its innovative smart cart technology. About the Role:
As a Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, producing, and editing captivating video and animation content for our various social media channels and website. You will work closely with our marketing and business operations teams to ensure our brand message is effectively communicated through visual storytelling.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop creative concepts and scripts for videos and animations. Produce high-quality video content using different video editing tools.
Create visually appealing animations that enhance our social media presence.
2. Video Production:
- Capture and edit video footage to produce engaging content.
- Ensure video quality and consistency across all platforms.
3. Animation Creation:
- Design and create animations using industry-standard software and tools.
- Incorporate animation into videos, adding a dynamic and eye-catching element.
4. Content Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a social media content calendar.
- Ensure content is aligned with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor content to stay competitive.
5. Engagement and Analysis:
- Interact with the online community, respond to comments and foster engagement.
- Use analytics tools to track content performance and make data-driven improvements.
6. Content Optimization:
- Implement SEO and social media optimization techniques to increase visibility and reach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film or Media Production, Marketing, Communication, or experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in video production and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender).
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
- Familiarity with the specific social media platforms where the content will be published (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Understanding of each platform's video format, audience preferences, and algorithms.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles to optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for better discoverability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a passion for visual storytelling.
