VFG is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Telesales executive to join our team. This is not target based job. This position is critical for maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring seamless client communication.
Responsibilities:
Research from various sources, generating leads in UAE market, calling potential clients, Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in research and tele sales or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in call logging and data management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multilingual candidates will be given preference.
