We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Administrator to manage and maintain our HubSpot database. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, organize customer information, and support the marketing and sales teams in utilizing HubSpot effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update HubSpot records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Import, export, and clean data as needed.
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
- Provide basic support and troubleshooting for HubSpot users.
- Collaborate with teams to improve data workflows and processes.
Requirements:
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with data management practices and principles.
- A basic understanding of marketing and sales workflows is a plus.
