Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on PHP and Laravel.
- Expertise in designing and implementing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL with strong knowledge of query optimization and database design.
- Experience with caching mechanisms like Redis or Memcached.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (Vue.js, React, or Angular) is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in web application development.
Leadership and Soft Skills:
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
