Video Editor / AI Content Creator

We are looking for a senior-level Video Editor with strong expertise in AI tools to join our team at our Gulberg 3 office. This full-time position requires a creative and technologically adept professional who can oversee the entire video production cycle—from initial concept and scripting to editing, animation, voice-overs, and final delivery. The ideal candidate will skillfully integrate AI technologies to boost productivity while maintaining high-quality output on a large scale. This role demands a fine balance between creativity and efficiency to produce bulk video content without compromising storytelling or brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Develop videos from concept through post-production, including scripting and editing. Write engaging scripts tailored to different formats and target audiences. Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling videos using advanced editing techniques. Incorporate voiceovers, background music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling. Design and integrate animations and motion graphics as required. Utilize AI-powered tools such as text-to-video, voice synthesis, script generation, and auto-editing platforms to speed up production and improve quality. Manage high-volume video production workflows with quick turnaround times while ensuring consistency and attention to detail. Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and design teams to align visual messaging. Stay updated on the latest trends in video production, AI tools, and editing software features.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in video editing and content creation. Proficiency in major editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve. Knowledge of animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, or similar software. Strong storytelling skills combined with content writing abilities. Hands-on experience with AI tools relevant to video, audio, and text production, including platforms like Descript, Runway ML, Synthesia, Pictory, and ChatGPT. Ability to efficiently manage a large volume of projects without compromising quality. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Keen attention to detail, particularly in visual composition and audio synchronization.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience creating content for digital platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Understanding of SEO principles and video content optimization techniques. Voice-over experience or the ability to coordinate effectively with voice talent. Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs70,000. This is an in-person role based at Gulberg 3.
