Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Brand Approval & LOA Specialist to join our Amazon Wholesale team. This mid-level, on-site position is based in DHA Phase 1, Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing brand approvals and Letters of Authorization (LOA) to ensure smooth operations within the Amazon marketplace. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process brand approval requests on the Amazon platform, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
- Prepare, verify, and submit Letters of Authorization (LOA) to Amazon for various brands to facilitate product listing and sales.
- Coordinate with suppliers and brand owners to obtain necessary documentation and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of all brand approvals and LOAs for audit and reference purposes.
- Monitor the status of brand approval requests and follow up with relevant stakeholders to expedite processing.
- Resolve any issues related to brand approval rejections or delays by liaising with Amazon support and internal teams.
- Support the wholesale team by providing timely updates and assisting with related administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Amazon Seller Central, specifically in brand approval and LOA management.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s brand registry and approval processes.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with suppliers, brand owners, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in DHA Phase 1, Lahore, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
