As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will take charge of online marketing strategies and manage social media platforms, driving impactful results across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Use tools like Go High Level and Zoho to enhance client relationships and streamline workflows.
- Email Campaigns: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns with platforms like ActiveCampaign and MailChimp to engage and convert leads.
- Marketing Automation: Leverage automation tools for efficient campaign execution and lead nurturing.
- Social Media Management: Develop and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to build awareness and engagement.
- Google Ads Optimization: Create and refine Google Ads campaigns for maximum reach, traffic, and conversions.
- SEO Strategy: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and search rankings.
- Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics and other tools to analyze data, extract insights, and measure campaign success.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling content for blogs, webinars, and podcasts, with WordPress proficiency being a plus.
- Optional Visual Content Creation: Design visuals like infographics and social posts to strengthen brand identity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven expertise in multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Stable high-speed internet (50 Mbps minimum).
- A reliable laptop and ergonomic workspace.
