We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert (Female) to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, along with a proven track record of executing successful performance-based marketing campaigns.

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital advertising, content marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and paid social media advertising to maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously refine campaign effectiveness.

2. Social Media & Content Marketing

Plan, create, and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
Stay updated with industry trends, viral content, and emerging platforms to expand reach and engagement.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to execute high-impact influencer marketing strategies.

3. Performance Marketing & Analytics

Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other analytics tools.
Optimize digital campaigns based on ROI, CTR, CPC, and customer engagement metrics.
Stay ahead of market trends, algorithm updates, and data-driven marketing techniques.

4. Email Marketing & CRM

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies.
Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, or similar platforms for automation and lead nurturing.

5. Website & E-commerce Management

Enhance SEO rankings, website traffic, and engagement through content optimization and digital strategies.
Manage product listings, promotions, and digital marketing campaigns for e-commerce platforms (if applicable).
Work closely with the design and development teams to enhance website UI/UX and conversion rate optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Proficiency in SEO (On-page & Off-page optimization), keyword research, and content marketing.
Hands-on experience with content creation, copywriting, and email marketing.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and CRM tools.
Ability to analyze data, track trends, and optimize marketing strategies.
Experience in e-commerce or B2B/B2C digital marketing is a plus.
Highly organized, creative, and results-oriented professional.

Additional Information
