We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service & Appointment Scheduling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and preferably experience with scheduling and managing appointments. As part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for clients and responsible for ensuring a smooth, organized scheduling process.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for clients and staff.
  • Maintain an organized calendar and keep all parties informed of appointment details.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all customer information is entered accurately into the system.
  • Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and follow-up reminders as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and general office support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in software usage and office tools
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
