Order Booker / Salesman

The purpose of the Order Booker is to collect orders, and ensure availability and visibility. upholding the company's reputation at all times. Implement sales fundamentals to ensure core distribution.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for visiting shops/markets of assigned areas as per PJP and generating orders.
Establish, build, and maintain good working relationships with customers (existing and new);
Services existing customers obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets;
To document sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
To identify & develop possible Leads and Channels.
Focuses sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of customers;
Ensure stock delivery to the outlets as per the given order
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and other trade offerings, etc.;
Contributes to team effort by ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded;
Understand and support the company’s Route To Market strategy and ensure its effective implementation;
Ability to use mobile applications for sales information
Assist customers and Key Distributors to obtain their orders;
To achieve the monthly sales target assigned to him/her
Development of visibility in the outlet and in the trade as per the company standards;
Establish good and professional relationships with the customers and provide them with better services as per the company policies.
Must have a passion to accept challenges and targets
Carry out other tasks not specified in the above responsibilities as assigned by higher officials.
