We are currently looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our team on a remote basis. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for building and maintaining the RESTful services and FullStack applications and will play a key role in the development of our projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable and user-friendly web applications using the MERN stack.
Develop high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code that meets the project requirements.
Implement RESTful APIs, backend logic, and database models using Node.js and Express.js.
Create interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.js.
Utilize MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the robustness and reliability of the applications.
Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in MERN stack development and related technologies.
Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions to minimize system downtime.
Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and release management processes.
Contribute to the improvement of development methodologies, tools, and practices within the organization.
Solid experience in web development with the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
Proficiency in JavaScript and modern ES6+ features.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and related design principles.
Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience in building responsive and mobile-friendly UIs using React.js.
Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and module bundlers (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
Knowledge of server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
Understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and async/await.
Knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, testing methodologies, and continuous integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities, especially in a remote work environment.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
