We are seeking a courteous and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone.
You’ll assist guests with booking requests, answer questions about resort amenities, and ensure a positive experience.
Strong communication skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Females are preferred for this position.
