Site Quantity Surveyor – Civil Projects

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer specializing in Civil Works to join our construction and infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects related to cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration throughout the lifecycle of civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
Monitor project costs and variations; prepare and submit valuation reports.
Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify work done for interim payments.
Support cost control measures and identify areas for cost reduction.
Prepare final accounts and reconcile with contractors/suppliers.
Maintain detailed records of QC and QS financial transactions and project documentations

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree/DAE in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
2+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering within civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
