Do you possess a keen understanding of lead generation strategies, coupled with the ability to build and nurture high-performing teams? If so, we want to hear from you! As our Digital Marketing Expert, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our marketing initiatives, leveraging your expertise to generate leads, optimize conversion rates, and elevate our brand presence across digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing strategic recommendations to keep our marketing efforts ahead of the curve.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and cohesion across all marketing initiatives.
Oversee the management of digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and conversion optimization.
Expertise in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals.
Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
Proven ability to thrive in a remote work environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability.
