Shift Operations:

  • Manage daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring supplies are stocked.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and support team members during shifts, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling and managing labor costs effectively.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain consistency and cleanliness.

Cash Management:

  • Handle cash transactions, and balance registers, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Implement cash handling procedures to minimize discrepancies.

Problem-Solving:

  • Address and resolve any operational or customer issues that arise during the shift.
  • Communicate effectively with the General Manager and other shift managers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Shift Manager, Team Leader, or in a similar role in the fast food or restaurant industry.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
  • Proficiency in using restaurant management software and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
