Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

  • Greet and assist callers with courtesy and accuracy

  • Direct calls or take messages as required

  • Maintain detailed and organized call logs

  • Communicate effectively with internal team members and clients

  • Perform light administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Clear, professional, and friendly phone voice
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • A dependable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace
  • Proficient in basic office tools and call-handling software
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, customer support agent, or in a similar role is preferred
