We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) who can prospect like a pro while engaging decision-makers and running discovery calls like an Account Executive (AE). This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely as outsourced talent for one of our top-tier clients.

What you’ll do:

Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video to generate qualified leads.
Engage Decision-Makers: Connect with C-level executives and key stakeholders, sparking interest in our client’s solutions.
Lead Discovery Calls: Run initial conversations to uncover pain points and qualify prospects before handing them off to AEs.
Own the Early Sales Cycle: Drive top-of-funnel sales activities and create momentum for the sales team.

What we’re looking for:

BDR Hustle + AE Communication: You prospect relentlessly but approach sales conversations strategically.
Cold Calling Beast: Making 120+ calls per day doesn’t faze you. You know how to turn cold outreach into hot opportunities.
Tech-Savvy Salesperson: You’re fluent in Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
Coachable & Competitive: You take feedback, iterate quickly, and strive for continuous improvement.
SaaS Selling Experience: 3+ years of experience as a BDR, ideally in the North American market.
