As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and troubleshooting issues. You will ensure that every interaction provides exceptional service and resolves concerns efficiently.

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries via email, chat, or phone, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring a quick and effective resolution.
  • Customer Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
  • Collaborative Support: Work with other teams to address complex customer concerns or issues that require escalation.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and relay it to internal teams to improve services and processes.

What we are looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems and support tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 50 Mbps internet or higher to ensure smooth remote work.
  • Comfortable working EU and US shifts.
