As a Go High-Level Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing CRM processes, driving lead generation, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Go High-Level Specialist: Leverage Go High-Level CRM to manage leads, implement lead scoring for prioritization, and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team for further nurturing and conversion.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Strategist: Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (landing pages, emails, SMS) within Go High Level to drive client success and achieve campaign goals.
  • Workflow Automation Expert: Design and implement automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and client engagement, ensuring maximum efficiency and seamless operations.
  • Integration & Systems Specialist: Manage integrations between Go High Level and other marketing tools, collaborate on custom API solutions, and troubleshoot to ensure smooth system performance.
  • Client Partnership Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for Go High-Level campaigns, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and offering ongoing strategic guidance.
  • Lead Generation Strategist: Develop and execute lead generation strategies across both inbound (SEO, content marketing, social media) and outbound (email marketing, cold outreach) channels to attract ideal customers.
  • Content Marketing Collaborator: Work closely with content creators to develop high-quality content (landing pages, blogs, ebooks, webinars) optimized for SEO and designed to drive conversions.
  • Email Marketing Specialist: Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns (lead nurturing, drip sequences), manage email lists, and segment leads for personalized outreach.
  • Data-Driven Marketing Analyst: Analyze data from campaigns to identify trends, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to improve lead generation and campaign performance.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related fields, with a strong focus on CRM management and lead generation.
  • Proven expertise with Go High-Level CRM, including funnel creation, lead management, and campaign execution.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A US accent is preferred for US and Canadian clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, landing pages, and more.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • 50 Mbps internet or higher to ensure smooth remote work.
