We are looking for a creative and organized HR Associate to join our remote team. This role combines content creation (Meta and Linkedin) and engagement with HR tasks, such as CV screening and candidate shortlisting. If you have experience in social media marketing and basic recruitment, this is the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment
- Screen CVs on our paid job platform and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings using a structured script.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Maintain an organized recruitment database.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.
