We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern / Junior HR Assistant to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for fresh candidates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to kickstart their careers in Human Resources. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including CV screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate management.

Job Posting & Advertising:

  • Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Ensure job descriptions are clear, concise, and aligned with company requirements.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on role-specific criteria.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit for the role.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Provide candidates with necessary details about the interview process and expectations.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Ensure regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate interview feedback, job offers, and rejection notices in a timely manner.

Database Management:

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate profiles, and tracking sheets.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all recruitment activities.

Feedback Collection & Reporting:

  • Collect and document interview feedback from hiring managers and candidates.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipeline, and hiring metrics.

Background & Reference Checks:

  • Conduct background and reference checks for shortlisted candidates before finalizing offers.

Onboarding Support:

  • Assist with preparing onboarding documents and welcome kits for new hires.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Social Media & Employer Branding:

  • Support HR social media initiatives by posting job ads and promoting employer branding content.
  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns to attract top talent.

HR Operations Support:

  • Help implement and communicate HR policies related to recruitment and talent management.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment guidelines and employment regulations.

Employee Engagement Assistance:

  • Support the planning and execution of team events or activities to promote a positive work culture.
  • Contribute to social media posts highlighting company culture and values.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Assist in creating and refining recruitment and interview processes as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), with a US accent preferred for US and Canadian clients.
  • Impeccable organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Leadership potential with the ability to manage both upward (executive team) and downward (cross-departmental teams).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and maintain confidentiality.
  • Engaging personality that shines through on video calls, making you a natural at communication and fostering positive relationships.
  • 50 Mbps internet speed for smooth remote work operations.
