In this position you will be responsible for:

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Human Resources Department
  • Maintaining employee records (digitally)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  • Assist the HR team in onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Assist with absence tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
  • Assist with research for new policies and procedures
  • Ensure accuracy in documents, records, and data entry.
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
  • Manage and address telephonic queries directed to HR
  • Assisting in the planning of company events

Qualifications

  • Ideally prior working experience in an HR department of minimum 4 years.
  • Very good English language skills (both verbal and written), Basic German is a plus.

  • Independent, accurate, and structured way of working. 
  • Hands-on Tools like Humanity, Persona, etc, Trello etc.
  • Very good computer knowledge of MS Office software programs.
