- Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with merchants, e-commerce businesses, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee the onboarding process and Lead end-to-end merchant negotiation processes for new merchants, ensuring a seamless integration of payment gateway solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote company offerings and solutions to prospective clients.
- Serve as the POC for assigned merchants, addressing queries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions aligned with client needs and market demand.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in payment gateways, fintech, or similar industries.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital payments and merchant onboarding.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis.
