We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and developing sales through consistent outbound activities, generating leads, and achieving targets set by the company. Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales Activity: Develop and execute effective outbound strategies, including phone calls and email outreach, to generate leads and expand our client base predominantly within the UK.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets established by the company.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients to create a strong outbound pipeline of opportunities.
  • Client Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports for clients to track progress and sales metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams and external partners to promote sales initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Identify and report on business opportunities within target markets to drive sales growth.
  • Request Response: Respond promptly to all allocated requests for quotes via live chat, phone, or email, within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Team Support: Provide cover for team members during periods of absence and/or busy periods to ensure seamless operation and client service.

Sales Skills

  • Proficient in cold calling techniques to initiate contact with potential clients.
  • Strong business development abilities, focusing on relationship management to nurture and grow client accounts.

Required Skills

  • Communication: Excellent telephone manners and presence to engage effectively with clients.
  • Time Management: Good time management skills for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities under pressure.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills and find effective solutions to challenges.
  • Learning and Retention: Capability to quickly learn, retain, and apply new knowledge gained through training and experience.
  • Active Listening: Strong active listening skills to understand client needs and respond appropriately.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail in all communications and processes.
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in standard software applications (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel) with the capacity to learn proprietary software.
  • Adaptability: Ability to swiftly adapt to changes in the work environment or market conditions with a positive response.
  • Attitude: Maintain a positive, "winning/can-do" attitude even in challenging situations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

HOURS OF WORK

12pm to 9pm Pakistan Time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
