Xinxing International is in search of a skilled and dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and engagement strategies. If you're passionate about social media, have a creative mindset, and can drive impactful campaigns, we want to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies to meet organizational goals.
Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing trends.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the success of campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance our online presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
