Customer Sales Representative

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives. The CSR will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, engaging potential customers, and driving sales conversions. This role is crucial in promoting our services and achieving sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell XSIGN BPO's services.
Understand customer needs and offer relevant products or services.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales progress in the system.
Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve performance.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with sales practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
Strong sales aptitude with the ability to handle rejections and objections positively.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Prior experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus but not required.
