This position focuses on effectively managing inventory and sales data utilizing ERP software. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in data management, a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a good understanding of garment retail operations. The Data Entry Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth data flow within the company.

The Data Entry Operator will not only handle data entry tasks but also generate and analyze reports to assist in decision-making processes. As this position does not involve team management, the candidate will primarily work independently to meet deadlines, ensuring that all records are organized, error-free, and readily accessible. The ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with data security standards is also essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and maintain inventory, sales, and production data in the companys ERP system.
Organize all records to ensure they are error-free and readily accessible for audits and reports.
Generate and analyze Excel-based reports, including sales trends, stock levels, and order processing metrics.
Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to maintain accurate stock records and ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Perform data validation to ensure correct SKU mapping, pricing updates, and effective inventory tracking.
Manage both digital and physical records efficiently for quick retrieval and operational ease.
Assist in managing product listings for the online store, ensuring correct descriptions, pricing, and availability are reflected.
Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold data security standards.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing large datasets efficiently.
Work under deadlines and manage workload effectively, ensuring timely completion of data entry tasks.
