We’re looking for a Vehicle Assembly Floor Incharge to oversee and manage our vehicle assembly operations at EV manufacturing facility in Lahore.

This middle-management role is crucial for smooth workflow, efficiency, and quality across the production floor.

If you have hands-on experience in vehicle assembly and are well-versed in ERP platforms, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise and manage daily vehicle assembly operations
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and issue resolution
Maintain accurate records and track performance using ERP platforms
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
Uphold workplace safety, compliance, and best practices

Who You Are:

Experienced in vehicle assembly with a strong understanding of production processes.
Proficient in ERP platforms for tracking and reporting
Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination
Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to operational management.
