Project Oversight:
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues.
Team Leadership:
- Coordinate on-site construction teams, fostering a positive working environment.
- Quality Assurance:
- Enforce quality control standards and construction best practices.
- Conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and complies with codes.
Communication:
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates.
Safety Compliance:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on the construction site.
- Conduct safety meetings and inspections to address hazards.
Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve issues during construction, working with the project management team.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and drawings.
- Ensure permits and approvals are obtained and maintained.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
- Familiarity with construction software.
- OSHA certification and safety protocol knowledge.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
