What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver engaging onboarding and sales training sessions
Facilitate workshops and one-on-one coaching with sales teams
Identify skill gaps and align learning with business needs
Collaborate with Sales Managers on KPIs and team growth
Track training outcomes and recommend improvements
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has 3–5 years of experience in sales training or coaching
Brings strong communication and facilitation skills
Has a background in real estate, telecom, or similar fast-paced industries
Understands how to inspire, lead, and engage sales professionals
Is organized, adaptable, and performance-focused
