Customer Support Specialist / Limo Dispatch Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist & Limo Dispatch Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound customer support, manage real-time limo dispatch operations, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and drivers. Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and support.
Dispatch limo drivers efficiently, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
Use dispatch software and CRM systems to track trips and update real-time statuses.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
Coordinate with drivers, ensuring they follow schedules and customer requirements.
Recommend and upsell additional services when applicable.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, customer interactions, and dispatch logs.
Work in collaboration with the operations team to improve dispatch efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service and/or limo dispatching is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with limo dispatch software (e.g., Limo Anywhere, Ground Alliance) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexible availability, including weekends and peak hours, if required.
