We’re looking for highly driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who can dial fast, follow scripts effectively, and book meetings like pro. If you have experience handling 400–500 calls per day and maintaining a 70%+ call booked-to-meeting show-up rate, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making 400–500 cold calls daily to potential clients with a power dialer.
  • Booking 15–20 meetings per week for our closers.
  • Following a proven script while keeping conversations natural and engaging.
  • Handling initial objections and ensuring prospects are qualified.
  • Passing booked appointments to closers for follow-up and conversion.
  • Following up to ensure high attendance rates for scheduled meetings.
  • Keeping track of call details and appointments with CRM experience.
  • Continuously refining your pitch based on feedback and training.

What We Need From You

  • Minimum 6 months of cold calling experience (agency experience is a plus).
  • Proven ability to book 15–20 meetings per week and maintain a 70%+ call-to-meeting ratio.
  • Fluent in spoken English with a neutral or minimal accent.
  • Confidence in engaging leads within the first 30 seconds of a call.
  • Strong objection-handling skills while sticking to the script.
  • Resilience and energy to maintain high call volumes and handle rejections.
  • Ability to work onsite in Islamabad during the 8 pm–4 am shift.
  • Target-driven mindset with a hunger to exceed KPIs.
