- Evaluation of new products and handling of promotional material.
- Plan field days in different regions to develop brands and products.
- Conduct crop-wise technical training programs for the team, farmers/big growers, and dealers.
- Conduct product trails and demos and prepare analysis reports accordingly.
- Liaison with government departments for samples and legal matters.
- Able to manage regulatory affairs. (New Product registrations/renewals, handling of Farm-1, Form 16/17)
- Able to manage marketing and business development initiatives.
- Proven experience is required in research and development.
