Regional Sales Manager – Electricity Cables

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for our electricity cables division. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales activities of multiple areas within the region, driving sales growth, and ensuring the effective distribution of our products.

Responsibilities:

Manage regional sales operations for electricity cable products.
Develop sales strategies and manage execution to achieve regional targets.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support and product delivery.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the electrical cable industry.
Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales growth.
Strong analytical skills and market knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
