Zoho Specialist & Data Analytics

We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to drive data-informed decision-making across logistics, inventory control, finance, and quality operations. This position is essential for developing and maintaining performance metrics, dashboards, and operational reports using Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics, along with Excel and automation tools. The successful candidate will work closely with teams in Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Finance, applying strong analytical skills and technical knowledge to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Extract, analyze, and visualize operational and financial data from Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics.
- Develop advanced Excel tools and models to enhance analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Design and automate dashboards, KPIs, and reports segmented by branch location and business division.
- Collaborate with Logistics and Quality teams to review shipment photos and incident data for compliance and accuracy.
- Integrate data from third-party platforms such as Samsara, fuel card systems, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Insperity HR reports.
- Provide regular insights and actionable recommendations to improve logistics performance, inventory management, and customer experience.
- Lead the development of repeatable reporting processes and identify opportunities to implement AI-driven automation solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or operations support.
- Proficiency with Zoho Suite, including Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, formulas, and data modeling.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear visualizations such as charts, dashboards, and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Samsara, and fuel card data systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Insperity for workforce data extraction.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance automation and reporting efficiency is a significant advantage.
